The following terms apply to all orders placed with WalPanel Inc. ("WalPanel," "we," "us"), whether in-person at our Chatsworth showroom, by phone, or through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All prices displayed on our website and in our pricing book are exclusive of California sales tax (9.75% for the 91311 zip code), which is added at checkout. Pricing is subject to change without notice unless payment has been remitted at the time of order. We accept Zelle and cash only — no credit cards, checks, or other payment methods.
Minimum order quantities apply: 15 pieces for cladding boards, 5 sets for fence kits. Custom-color orders ship from our overseas factory with a minimum of 100 pieces (boards) or 50 sets (fence kits) and a lead time of approximately 6 weeks. Custom orders are pre-paid in full at the time of order.
Most orders are local pickup at our Chatsworth showroom (21350 Lassen St, Chatsworth, CA 91311), by appointment. Local delivery is available within approximately 60 miles for an additional fee of $150–$500, quoted per job through our delivery partners.
Inspection at pickup or delivery: The customer is responsible for inspecting the product at the time of pickup or delivery and confirming its condition before accepting the order. Damage claims must be raised at that time. Claims raised after the product has been accepted and removed from our premises (or from the delivery vehicle) cannot be honored.
Product is sold without express written warranty. Wood-Plastic Composite is a durable composite material designed for outdoor use; while it performs well in typical residential and commercial applications, we make no specific representations about its lifetime, fade resistance, or performance in extreme conditions beyond those described on our website.
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a large order so you can confirm the color, finish, and feel meet your expectations.
Samples are available for $15 with a refundable deposit if picked up in person at the showroom (deposit refunded upon return of the sample). Mailed/shipped samples are available for $20 and the fee is non-refundable.
Installation service is available by separate quote. The quoted price is for labor only; product is sold separately. We recommend visiting the showroom and approving the product before scheduling installation. WalPanel is not responsible for installation work performed by third parties, including installers we may refer.
Trade pricing is available to licensed contractors and approved trade applicants. Approval requires submission of a valid license or equivalent business credential. Trade pricing tier, terms, and referral bonus structure are at our discretion and may be updated from time to time. Trade pricing applies only to orders placed by the approved account holder.
Photographs of product on our website, in our pricing book, and in marketing materials are for general reference. Actual color, grain, and surface finish may vary slightly from images due to monitor calibration, lighting, and manufacturing variance. We strongly recommend in-person review or sample purchase before committing to a large order.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, WalPanel Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to installation costs, project delays, or loss of use.
